Zoe Doran
If you're thinking about making changes to improve your lifestyle then our Zoe Doran, is the ideal person to spend time with as, after years of working her way up the ladder in a blue-chip business, she took the opportunity of voluntary redundancy to swap the stress of corporate life to create a quality of life that is possible when you stop and choose how you want to live and start working your way towards it! Zoe has spent the years since leaving the rat race with the intention of making a difference wherever she can and applying her big business experience to work with good people and interesting projects, including setting up and growing businesses, organizing events, and working on property for all kinds of people.
As a working mother of 4, Zoe founded her own daytime networking events for women in business to enable them to attend during school hours, with smaller children welcome, as we all know the importance of engaging with others to share ideas and information. Zoe was drawn to Southern Costa Blanca life by her best friends' parents who were the pioneers who discovered the glorious beaches, and magical balance of beautiful outdoor living with plenty of desirable amenities and shops bars restaurants, and golf courses on hand with just the right amount of hubbub all year round.
Zoe has enhanced her experience of life in Spain by previously working as an estate agent and is now proud to be a property finder putting the client's needs first! Zoe's friendly, pleasant approach will put you at ease, and you can relax in the knowledge that Zoe will listen to your needs and apply all of her focus and experience, using her extensive network of connections to find you the perfect place.
Lyn Hassell
Lyn has been working with Spain Property Specialists since 2022 after buying a property through Zoe in 2020. Lyn is responsible for the office administration, accounts and for keeping the office running smoothly.
Russell Aldridge
Hi, I’m Russell Aldridge, a real estate specialist dedicated to helping buyers find their ideal property along the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida in the south-east of Spain.
My wife and I first discovered the Costa Blanca during several holidays over the years, and it quickly became clear that this was where we wanted to build our life. In 2019, we made the move—and it’s a decision we’ve never regretted. The lifestyle here is something we now enjoy all year round, not just for holidays.
I work across the entire coastline, assisting clients in popular areas such as Villamartin, Los Dolses, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, and further south in Los Alcázares, San Javier, and San Pedro del Pinatar, as well as other parts of the Costa Cálida. I also help buyers looking for inland country properties throughout the Alicante and Murcia regions.

Originally from Banbury, Oxfordshire, Tiffany made the life-changing move to Spain nine years ago, turning a long-held dream into reality. Having owned a holiday home in Orihuela Costa for over 20 years, Tiffany and her family developed a deep connection to the area long before making Spain their permanent home.
With real estate running in the family, Tiffany’s property career began in the UK, where she gained valuable experience working within her family-run estate agency business. This strong foundation provided extensive knowledge of the property industry, customer service, and the importance of building trusted client relationships.
Now proudly based in Spain, Tiffany combines her UK real estate background with first-hand experience of relocating abroad, giving her a unique understanding of both the practical and emotional aspects of purchasing property overseas. Emmet McDonagh
Originally from Ireland and lived in London for 20 years with a background in Hotel Management. Have always enjoyed holidays in Spain so it was always my dream to relocate and moved to Spain 1.5 years ago. Through a recommendation I met Zoe and purchased an apartment from her. I joined the team here at Spain Property Specialists in December 2025.
Oliver Allen
Oliver is our specialist for Costa Blanca North, covering areas including Altea, Albir, Calpe, Denia, Javea and many more. Having lived in Spain since 2012 he is confident in the local language and loves the local culture. Especially the food and wine! If you are looking for a property anywhere in the North of Costa Blanca, even Benidorm! Oliver will guide you through the process and hold your hand from start to finish and even after that!
