This place is located in a quiet, gated community just a few minutes' drive from El Campello. It’s a really nice spot with big tropical pools, plenty of green space, a playground for the kids, and some great sea views.
The neighborhood is made up of two-story bungalows with sunny patios. Depending on where you are, you can see the mountains, the ocean, and even Benidorm and its island in the distance. Everything is super well-maintained, and it’s a popular area for both locals and expats—perfect for a small family or just as a summer getaway.
Getting around is easy since it’s well-connected to the main road and the TRAM line. Plus, you're less than a kilometer away from the beach and some lovely little coves like La Merced, Almerador, and Coveta Fuma.
As for the house, there’s an entrance terrace that’s just begging for a table and a hammock so you can soak up the Alicante sun. Inside, the ground floor has the living and dining areas, a modern open kitchen with plenty of storage, and a guest toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms—one has its own terrace with sea views, and the other has built-in wardrobes. There is also a glazed-in terrace that works perfectly as a third bedroom for kids or guests, and a full bathroom with a tub.
The community itself is great, with pools for all ages, a bar, a restaurant, and even a small supermarket. There's also plenty of outdoor parking within the gates.
If you aren't familiar with El Campello, it’s a charming old fishing village. It has a nice mix of locals and international residents, and the best part is that it doesn't get ridiculously overcrowded in the summer like Benidorm or Calpe. It’s got everything you need: schools, pharmacies, a medical center, and supermarkets like Mercadona, Lidl, and Consum. There's a big central park for walking and kids' playgrounds, plus tons of bars and restaurants. If you're there on a Wednesday or Sunday, the local market in the Pla Barraques area is a must.
The town is served by a modern electric tram that runs every hour, taking you straight into the center of Alicante or along the coast toward Denia. Honestly, taking the tram toward Benidorm and Denia is a trip in itself because the coastal views are stunning.
Lastly, if you're flying in, the Alicante international airport is only a 20-minute drive away via the motorway. Everything is very well connected, making this a fantastic spot to buy a home.
